We are seeking program management professionals to support a new, highly visible, multi-phase financial services program. These roles will work within an Agile pod structure and partner across Product, Business Analysis, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive coordinated delivery, manage dependencies, and provide program visibility.
Senior Program ManagerExperience: 8+ years
The Senior Program Manager will lead program-level planning, governance, critical-path management, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the program critical path, milestones, and integrated delivery plan across workstreams.
- Lead governance activities, including risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and escalation.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners.
- Manage cross-pod dependencies, release readiness, and delivery forecasts.
- Develop concise status reporting and executive leadership materials.
- Mentor and oversee junior PMO resources.
Qualifications:- 8+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment.
- Proven experience with complex, multi-workstream programs, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Experience working across Agile pods and cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, delivery dashboards, and roadmap tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and escalation skills.
Junior Program Manager / PMO AnalystExperience: 3-5 years
The Junior Program Manager / PMO Analyst will support program execution by maintaining delivery visibility, coordinating activities, tracking commitments, and preparing reporting and meeting materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and commitments.
- Partner with Product, Business Analysis, and Technology to understand scope and delivery impacts.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capture decisions and ownership, and monitor follow-through.
- Identify schedule or dependency impacts and escalate issues to the Senior Program Manager.
- Prepare program reporting, meeting materials, and status updates.
Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, delivery, or operations.
- Financial services or structured enterprise program experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and pod-based team structures.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in developing broader program management capabilities.
