JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Program Management Officer – Executive Director within AI Enablement, you will be responsible for orchestrating the planning, execution, and governance of the Corporate and Investment Bank AI Upskilling program. You will promote cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across multiple workstreams—including persona-based training, AI tool deployment, communications, and adoption measurement. In this role, you will report to the Head of AI Enablement and work closely with Corporate and Investment Bank business, Human Resources, and technology leadership.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program governance, including program roadmap, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and escalation processes.
  • Lead the end-to-end program management of the CIB AI Upskilling initiative, ensuring delivery against milestones, KPIs, and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate and track progress across all workstreams: persona activations, AI tool enablement, training sessions, communications, Hub updates, and adoption metrics.
  • Facilitate regular program reporting, executive updates, and risk/issue escalation to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly program meetings, drive accountability, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of program deliverables, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove program obstacles, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining momentum across all workstreams.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within the program team.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management in financial services, technology, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs at scale, with executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and governance skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Experience with change management, communications, and driving adoption of new technologies or processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Experience with AI, digital transformation, or workforce upskilling programs.
  • Program or project management certification (for example, Project Management Professional or Agile certification).
