Program Management Manager
Job Description Summary
The Program Management Manager determines project requirements, schedules, and capital expenditures to develop detailed project and program plans. Manages cross-functional teams; coordinates all project activities to drive projects from initial to completion. Coordinates critical, multisectional projects involving customers, vendors, and consultants. Performs project risk analysis, identifies risk areas, and develops alternate mitigation measures.
The Program Management Manager is also responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing a group of related projects to achieve organizational goals, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders, and managing cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, scope and quality. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and manage changes within the program to ensure goals are met.
Job Description:
Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
Demonstrable ability to lead and deliver important projects through to completion.
Demonstrate competency in maintaining project documents using approved methodology, tools, and templates.
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects including schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
Develop and implement programs aligned with organizational objectives, setting clear goals and defining the strategic direction for initiatives.
Lead and influence cross-functional team members, guiding them in achieving program deliverables.
Manage the dependencies between various projects within the program to ensure seamless integration.
Establish and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing accurate and timely reports on program status.
Ability to travel domestically to support the needs of the program.

Required Skills and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, or related leadership roles.
