About The Job

The role involves supporting the successful delivery of strategic product initiatives across Aristocrat's global product portfolio as a management analyst for programs. As a member of the Global Product Strategic Delivery Team, this role partners with Program Managers, Product Leaders, Technology Teams, Engineering, Operations, and business collaborators to drive execution excellence, delivery transparency, and governance efficiency.

This position plays a critical role in connecting strategy to execution by maintaining delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting governance processes, tracking risks and dependencies, and providing meaningful program insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role is intended as a foundational step toward broader program management responsibilities.

What You'll Do
• Support in the delivery of enterprise product programs, including program tracking, scheduling, and documentation
• Break down defined scope into actionable tasks and help maintain delivery plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, technology, operations) to support execution
• Maintain program artifacts, trackers, and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and/or Power BI
• Document and track project dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions, escalating blockers as needed
• Organize and facilitate program meetings, taking ownership of agendas, notes, and follow-ups
• Prepare status updates, governance materials, and stakeholder communications
• Lead smaller, prioritized initiatives or pilots from planning through completion
• Participate in efforts to implement modern delivery practices and increase program transparency and impact

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Finance or related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery/business operations, or program support roles
• Familiarity with enterprise project tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint, or Microsoft Project
• Effective communicator who collaborates well across cross-functional teams
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem solving and follow-through
• Eager to learn and grow within a high-performing program management team
• Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in a delivery environment

Travel Expectations
Up to 25%

Pay Range
$70,000 - $130,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
