Program Leader
Job Description
• Delivery & Planning of Sophisticated Mega Integrated Programs
• Single owner for delivery through project teams to deliver multi-year transformation program consisting of more than one capability center, planned and implemented as a coordinated activity, spanning across multiple business functions and geographies
• Deploy Genpact's proprietary program management methodology, identifies gaps with respect to customer requirements and customizes to deliver outstanding client experience.
• Design an implementation roadmap that clearly ties breakthrough achievement with associated client's business outcomes
• Deliver per a robust and forward-looking plan that handles critical paths & dependencies and identifies risks and ensures mitigation
• Partner Management, Governance and Change Management
• Align internal (capability centers & practice teams) and external partners (client project teams, program sponsor & CXOs) to a common vision and drive commitment
• Program manager is encouraged to define and establish
• Cadence for leadership enforcement of program objectives
• Governance processes and protocols across program
• Clear roles & decision rights, and collaboration & decision-making schedule
• Mutual accountability for program delivery (for both Genpact & client teams)
• Act as Change Leader and drive case for change through shared view of future state, business imperative and non-negotiable, and drive consistent message for change vision and how to get there.
• Personnel Management
• Grow and develop an Alpha team of project managers from pool of consulting, digital, service lines, industry verticals, change and transitions functions.
• Forward looking financial management & reporting
• Deliver program as per planned expenses and ensure recognition of planned revenue
• Handle and repurpose overall program budget across multiple projects
• Reliably forecast program financials & impact of change in breakthrough, scope, resourcing etc.
• Provide timely visibility into financial state at program and project level
• Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables;
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets;
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues;
• Coordinate project team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment;
• Report on project status, risks, and performance to senior management;
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies for successful project delivery;
• Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned to improve future project efficiency and effectiveness.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
165,300 to 235,000 USD
"Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Atlanta area candidates are eligible for this role only."
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
