PROGRAM LEAD, CLIMATE, GLOBAL PROGRAMS, MIT Solve , to serve as the program lead for Solve's climate and sustainability portfolio, overseeing the design and execution of annual Global Challenges and custom challenge programs in partnership with external clients; responsible for shaping challenge strategies, identifying and engaging expert judges, evaluating solutions, and cultivating strong client and stakeholder relationships; serve as Solve's subject matter expert on climate and sustainability; advances community engagement by building partnerships and representing Solve at key events, convenings, and networks, including across MIT.

This position is full-time (Hybrid: remote and Cambridge, MA)

Job Requirements
REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in project management, partnerships, business development, or fundraising within social impact, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations; demonstrated knowledge of climate and sustainability issues, with experience in areas such as clean energy, sustainable agriculture, ecosystem restoration, or urban resilience; solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to navigate complex challenges and identify strategic opportunities; proven ability to build and sustain high-impact relationships, foster cross-functional collaboration, and lead initiatives that advance organizational goals and mission-driven outcomes.
