Program Integrator

Are you a natural connector who thrives on keeping complex programs moving smoothly? Join a dynamic team at the forefront of aerospace and defense innovation. We're looking for a skilled Program Integrator with strong scheduling experience to drive collaboration, coordination, and performance across multiple functions.

What You'll Do As a Program Integrator, you'll be the central link between program management, engineering, manufacturing, and operations-ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed. You'll manage integrated master schedules, monitor progress, and help leadership make confident, data-driven decisions. Your work will be essential to delivering mission-critical projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in program integration, coordination, or scheduling-ideally within aerospace, defense, or engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, with a strong grasp of integrated master scheduling principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) a plus

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in writing and evaluating Statements of Work
  • Experience supporting government or defense programs
  • Working knowledge of PMI or Agile methodologies
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights
