Program Integrator- AMD Mission CommandPosition Overview:KODA Technologies is seeking an experienced
Program Integrator to support the
Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office, Air and Missile Defense Mission Command Product Office (AMD MC PdO). This position will assist with and coordinate Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control System software product requirements and associated program activities.
The role will support the
Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) system portfolio, including the
Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) and
Patriot, as well as the integration of critical sensor and weapon platforms such as
Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), and Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC).
This position will be 100% on-site at Redstone Arsenal.
Key Responsibilities:- Support AMD MC PdO leadership with business, financial, contract, acquisition, and program management activities associated with software capabilities.
- Coordinate with PMO contracts, budget, acquisition, and engineering teams to support the development of independent cost estimates, acquisition strategies, and technical solutions.
- Coordinate with industry OEM contracts, program management, and engineering teams to track and manage the overall delivery of software capabilities.
- Assist with the planning and execution of current- and future-year budgets.
- Manage and update Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) data within Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT).
- Develop and maintain spend plans and manage associated contract actions.
- Prepare written and verbal products that clearly communicate ongoing program activities to internal and external organizations.
- Develop weekly Situation Reports, Command and Staff briefing charts, responses to internal and external taskers, and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Support the codification of user requirements and capability needs.
- Conduct periodic reviews with appropriate stakeholders to assess overall project status and major milestones.
- Ensure orderly phasing and coordination of program actions while monitoring cost, schedule, and performance risks.
- Identify alternative risk mitigation approaches and recommend appropriate actions to maintain or improve project schedules.
- Coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), meetings, and working groups.
- Develop briefings, agendas, meeting minutes, and action-item tracking.
- Represent AMD MC PdO leadership when the designated government leader is unavailable.
- Coordinate domestic and foreign disclosure staffing requests for AMD MC PdO-related products planned for delivery or presentation to leadership and customers.
- Ensure program products are properly marked in accordance with PMO information security standards.
- Develop and maintain historical archives of program activities, briefings, and decisions to support future reference and preserve PMO/PdO leadership institutional knowledge.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
- 10+ years of applicable experience supporting business, financial, contract, program, and/or software management activities.
- Strong understanding of and experience with Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and develop sound recommendations for government and contractor leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous Army acquisition, product management, and/or program management
- Experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control systems, including:
- Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS)
- Patriot
- FAAD C2
- Sentinel
- Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS)
- Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC)
- Experience managing contractual deliverables and coordinating with industry partners.
- Experience using Atlassian software management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience supporting Army program offices, product offices, or other Department of Defense acquisition organizations.
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret Clearance is required
