Qualifications

• Expertise in Earned Value Management, particularly cost metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial reports and earned value management reports to identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and finance teams to resolve funding issues.
• Conduct what-if analyses for potential cost implications related to project changes.
• Validate Basis of Estimates for proposals against historical data.
• Track and report on budget obligations and expenditures.
• Monitor funds run-out dates across various contracts.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and support teams to address urgent project challenges.
