Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the opiate treatment program

  • Conduct leadership meetings and act as Corporate Compliance Officer

Bend Treatment Center is hiring a Program Director to lead daily operations, support quality client care, and work with a dedicated team focused on empathy, integrity, and strong clinical outcomes.

$80k- $100k Depending on Experience

Sign on Bonus $15,000

Will support both the Bend/Redmond locations

Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

  • Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services.
  • Your role includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements, all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.
  • Conduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
