Who we are looking for:
Are you the Program Director we have been looking for? JRI's Community Based Services division provides care to ensure that families and their children with significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs obtain the services necessary for success in the home, school, and community.

In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by supporting this mission. Our staff provide services in the communities where the people we serve live, utilizing strength-based and needs-driven choices, offering a team-based approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in culturally competent, individualized services and the use of evidence-based practices.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $53,000 to $128,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, BA versus MA level education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI provides the training so that:
  • YOU will be able to develop and utilize your clinical skills, managerial skills, and overall leadership skills to guide effective trauma-based treatment.
  • YOU will be able to develop and utilize your leadership skills by providing complete oversight of programming including oversight of the operations of all client services and supports set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.
  • YOU will be able to ensure that all staff are working toward a shared mission and vision of the program and provide direct supervision to departmental leaders/administrators.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university required. Clinical license preferred (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
  • Applicants should have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Applicants must be knowledgeable in growth and development; able to obtain and interpret information in terms of the needs of emotionally disturbed, mentally ill youth and their families; and understand the range of interventions and treatments required by this population.
  • Applicants must have at least five years of experience with children, with at least three years at the management level or supervisory level.
  • Applicants must maintain a valid driver's license. Available to flexible scheduling to support families and staff as needed, as well as to be on call as an administrator on call in supporting staff via phone during crisis.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
