Full Job Description
Job Title & Specialty Area: Program Director Compensation

Department: Human Resources

Location: Dallas, TX

Shift: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Remote-however will require you to come onsite based on department needs.

Summary:
Develops, implements and administers compensation programs design, management and analysis. Scope includes significant financial impact to the organization in the design of compensation programs. Works closely with the VP Total Rewards, Chief People Officer, Finance executive leadership. Creates and refines processes related to benchmarking, market pricing of jobs, annual salary administration process. Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs.

Responsibilities:
* Oversees and provides direction for the enterprise-wide salary administration process, working with Finance to ensure adherence to budget, as well as keeping Finance abreast of any significant changes with compensation
* Provides high level consultation with HR Consulting and business leaders regarding compensation-related matters
* Provides compensation education to HR partners, as well as organizational leadership and team members as needed
* Manages executive compensation program, including providing annual executive compensation budgets to Finance
* Provides compensation consultation with the physician organizations
* Works closely with external compensation consultants regarding benchmarking activities; keeps abreast of major swings in market pricing to ensure CHST provides compensation that is competitive within the marketplace
* Oversee and participates in large-scale compensation projects

How You'll Be Successful:

WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 10 years HR experience, preferably in compensation or related field required.

EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
* Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work preferred.
