Description
What You'll OwnAs Program Director, you'll provide operational leadership and oversight for assigned programs, ensuring strong outcomes for the children and families we serve while developing the leaders who make that success possible.

Requirements
What You Bring- Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field
- Child Welfare Certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Child Welfare, Dependency, Foster Care, Adoption, Social Work, DCF, or related services
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within child welfare
- Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Experience coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet program credentialing requirements
