OverviewWe're Hiring: Program DirectorBancroft is seeking a Program Director to lead our Adult Day Program in
Cherry Hill, NJ. This role provides strategic oversight, operational management, and team leadership while supporting individuals with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities through community development, skill development and quality services.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Responsibilities:- Provides supervision and oversight to direct and indirect reports within assigned areas of responsibility: o Provides ongoing leadership, advice, training, and guidance to staff regarding the daily care, instruction, and safety of persons served at specific Program site as outlined in the Individual Program Plan (IPP), Annex A and/or program descriptions;
- Ensures proper staffing patterns and work distribution within assigned program site in accordance with levels of supervision, Annex A and/or program descriptions;
- Conducts regular staff meetings and attends Program management meetings to promote a constant flow of information, open discussions, knowledge sharing, and to ensure staff are well-informed; o Attends various internal management meetings, external conferences, family conferences, etc., to both obtain and share information;
- Directly manages the ongoing job performance of direct reports; develops and communicates performance goals, completes performance evaluations within established timeframes; provides feedback, develops and takes action on performance improvement plans, and determines and implements disciplinary action as needed;
- Appropriately delegates work responsibilities;
- Supports the professional development and career growth of direct reports by identifying and providing ongoing training and certification attainment in accordance with state licensing regulations and any accreditation standards, as applicable within area of responsibility
QualificationsEducation & Experience: - Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in Human Services or a related field preferred
- Two plus years of management experience with demonstrated leadership skills in employment services, especially in job development and job coaching.
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

The current hiring range for this position is: $78,000- $86,736.
