Full Job Description
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The candidate should have 8-15+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or business leadership roles. Proven track record managing P&Ls of $10-$25MM+ and coordinating complex activities across multiple locations or business units. Hands-on experience taking products from engineering through production at scale. Strong customer-facing skills with ability to navigate executive-level relationships. Experience in aerospace, defense, contract manufacturing, or similar high-reliability industries strongly preferred.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
  • 8-12 years of experience in general management, operations, or business management roles
  • Proven track record managing complex programs involving both engineering and manufacturing across multiple organizations
  • Experience with P&L responsibility for business units or programs of $10MM+ annual revenue
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with demanding technical customers
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or related industries preferred
  • Project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • ERP systems (NetSuite or similar manufacturing ERP platforms)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel financial modeling, PowerPoint for executive presentations)
  • Collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, SharePoint)
  • CAD/PLM systems familiarity (SolidWorks, PDM systems)
  • Financial reporting and analysis tools


Additional Information

Travel of up to 25% is to be expected, with occasional increases depending on project needs.

This person will have an office at a Re:Build site, with a preference for the following locations: • Charlotte, NC; • Framingham, MA; • Pittsburgh, PA

The base salary range for this position is $179,379.00 - $298,965.00 per year. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
