DescriptionThis role will include activities supporting capture and execution of contracts for the Iron Dome AUR production as well as subcontracts in support of general operation of the business.
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various financial functions to support business execution, ensuring financial data integrity and adherence to the Company's policies and procedures. The role involves overseeing program finance, scheduling, pricing, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, ensuring compliance and effective execution throughout the program lifecycle. This role reports to the Vice President Programs.
What You Will Do- Primary responsibilities include providing oversight and direction for program Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) including budgets, forecasted revenue, project accounting, and program cash flow analysis in partnership with the Program Manager and Finance.
- Support pricing activities related to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
- Collaborate with supply chain and programs to align cash flows, milestones and execution schedules.
- Manage the development of program-specific standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, and program controls.
- Lead the monthly LRE and baseline processes and support Finance in the development of periodic Estimates at Complete (EAC's).
- Prepare EV (Earned Value) financial data for periodic reviews, including monthly cost and schedule variance.
- Support Finance in the analysis of all financial aspects of projects, actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and recommend alternatives to senior management.
- Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required and perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, program management or related field & 10 years of relevant work experience in program controls-related roles (preferably supporting government contracts); OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to build reports and charts for various requirements.
- Experience leading or supporting EVMS deliverables and requirements.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:- Experience with Deltek ProPricer, MS Project, Deltek Cobra (or similar controls tools), IFS or similar ERP system

Work Location: Remote
Travel: 25% mainly within the United States to the headquarters office in Arlington, VA.
