Our team in East Aurora, NY is looking for a Program Controls Analyst to join their dynamic team! As a Program Controls Analyst, you will be a key member of Moog's Space and Defense team, reporting to the Finance and Analysis Manager. This Program Controls Analyst is a high-impact position where you'll provide expert planning, scheduling, cost control, Earned Value reporting, and governance support-ensuring program teams are working to a robust baseline underpinned by accurate data and strong analytical insight.

This role sits in East Aurora, NY (hybrid work schedule available).

Here's what you will need to bring with you to be considered for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
  • 5+ years relevant professional experience.
  • 1+ years Earned Value Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project/program controls, planning, PMO, cost engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Deltek Open Plan) preferred.
  • Proficiency with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong numerical and data-interpretation capability.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% (as needed)

  • Assisting in developing and maintaining integrated program schedules, ensuring robust logic, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Performing schedule analysis, progress measurement, and performance forecasting.
  • Assisting in conducting detailed cost variance analysis and Earned Value Management assessments.
  • Assisting in leading the consolidation of schedule, cost, risk, and milestone data into accurate, timely management reporting.
  • Maintain and analyze RAID information, highlighting emerging risks and variances early.
  • Assisting in ensuring the program aligns with organizational controls standards and governance expectations.
  • Contributing to the development and rollout of improved controls processes, tools, and templates.

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $80,000.00-$110,000.00 Annually
