Program Control Analyst to join our team. This position is
100% Remote.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- The Program Control Analyst II examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
- They draft technical documentation for budget assessments and maintain comprehensive records of financial expenditures.
- They prepare preliminary cost-benefit analyses and facilitate the coordination of funding requests between internal departments and the PMO.
- The Program Control Analyst II supports the execution of program control functions by tracking budget milestones and ensuring the accuracy of financial data entry.
- They execute the collection of cost data for quarterly reviews and verify that all expenditures are documented according to established standards.
- They maintain collaborative financial tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of mission-critical funding status.
- The Program Control Analyst II takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:- BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
- 3+ years of position relevant experience
- Foundational certifications in program control or budgeting.
Desired Qualifications:- Proficiency in specialized financial or budgeting software (e.g., GFEBS or DEAMS)
- Experience with military logistics financial reporting requirements.
Clearance Requirements:- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Confidential level clearance prior to starting this position
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,300.00-$133,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
