Job Overview & Responsibilities

As a Program Control Analyst 4 in Denver, CO, key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and support strategic scheduling activities to achieve enterprise program goals.
  • Track and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecasts.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
  • Develop and present schedule metrics for varying levels of leadership.
  • Drive accountability on scheduling deliverables.
  • Manage schedule data for complex programs. Generate reports from the IMS depicting scheduling conflicts and issues and brief stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop and work closely with internal and external customers to fully satisfy program schedule requirements.
  • Support internal monthly and quarterly program reviews.
  • Incorporates changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
  • Recommend recoveries to schedule by way of scenario analysis and trades.
  • Strategic business partner with the Program Management Team

Minimum of 6 years of related work experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong background and experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and in cost management and planning/scheduling.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating successfully with program and finance leaders.
  • Strong understanding of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Critical Path Analysis.
  • Ability to resolve and/or mitigate negative float across multiple functions.
  • Experience developing an initial IMS from ground-up through conducting integrated deep dive.
  • Understanding of process flows from beginning to final product.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train earlier career professionals.
  • Strong understanding and experience with a planning/scheduling tool.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience with Deltek OPP and Cobra.
  • Active knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Understanding and application of EVMS/DCMA 14pts techniques


Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denveronly): $103,925.00 - $173,208.00
