Program / Site Manager to lead operations supporting a federal customer at Edwards Air Force Base, California. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for overseeing personnel, customer relationships, operational performance, compliance, quality, and day-to-day execution across a diverse logistics and support services environment.
We are looking for a leader who excels at building trust, solving problems, communicating effectively with customers, and bringing teams together to accomplish mission objectives.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary on-site manager and customer-facing representative.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Establish priorities, manage competing demands, and ensure commitments are met.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and customer service.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, employees, and senior leadership.
- Identify issues early, coordinate solutions, and drive actions through closure.
- Oversee staffing, performance, training, scheduling, quality, and operational readiness.
- Monitor metrics, reporting, compliance requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure services are delivered safely, professionally, and in accordance with contract requirements.

RequirementsPreferred Experience- Program, project, site, operations, or logistics management experience.
- Experience supporting federal, military, aerospace, or government organizations.
- Experience leading large teams and managing customer-facing operations.
- Experience with contract performance, workforce management, quality control, and operational oversight.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, transportation, fleet, property, materials management, or related operational disciplines.
- Experience developing and improving processes, SOPs, training programs, and performance metrics.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or 15 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience in program, operations, logistics, or contract management.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage personnel, schedules, resources, and operational priorities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, if required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
