Program and Project Manager
The Opportunity:

In this role, you will lead complex, fast-moving initiatives that directly shape readiness, modernization, and strategic execution across the Army enterprise.

You'll serve as the PMO's trusted orchestrator, aligning stakeholders, managing schedules and deliverables, forecasting risks, and ensuring seamless coordination across government and contractor teams. You'll translate evolving priorities into actionable plans, oversee project performance, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with Army strategy and Booz Allen standards. Your daily responsibilities include developing project roadmaps, facilitating PMO governance, preparing executive-level briefings, tracking funding and contract actions, and driving process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency. You'll also coordinate closely with leadership to maintain situational awareness of dependencies, issues, and milestones, ensuring the PMO operates with agility, transparency, and precision.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience building and maintaining client relationships, including supporting engagement cadence and communication
  • Knowledge of project or program management practices, including coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to establish on-site presence, organize team schedules, and identify opportunities to balance productivity with client engagement
  • Ability to communicate effectively with distributed leadership teams and represent PMO priorities
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
