The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time PROGRAM ANALYST (NH-0343-03) to work at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Production Support section within the Air Logistics Complex serves as the OPR for policy, procedures and guidelines. Acts as the complex home office for the functional responsibilities of production support related to depot planning, scheduling and material. Responsible for the development of policy/procedures and oversight of workforce development initiatives associated with planners, schedulers and material professionals to include career broadening and mentorship programs. Serves as the complex focal point for standardization of IT systems related to depot maintenance planning/scheduling/material support as well as providing audit and inspection support for all production support functions. Requirements: - U.S. Citizenship - Obtain & maintain a Security clearance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Knowledge and skill in the application of DoD, joint, and AF management engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies, and financial management directives, concepts, procedures, guidance, and policy. 2. Knowledge and skills in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of program operations to devise organizational solutions. Options for complex, diverse organizations. 3. Skill in conducting interviews with supervisors and employees to obtain information about organizational missions, functions, and work procedures. 4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to gain cooperation from others through tact, courtesy and diplomacy. 5. Ability to access or locate information through the use of a personal computer and software programs.
