Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst for an exciting International Air Force program. The Program Analyst oversees and manages the financial budget by working closely with the Project Manager, Program Management Office, and the Government Mission Partner. Participates in the planning, tracking analysis, and reporting of project financials. Responsible for implementation of financial policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains cost / schedule baselines and forecasts. Tracks funding, forecasts, actuals, and Estimates at Completion (EAC) to ensure sufficient funding is on contract to support execution timelines.

Works closely with other program and procurement analysts to forecast and track all travel, procurement, and staffing budgets. Monitors ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between program management and project teams. This position may require occasional after hours support to ensure schedules are met. The Program Analyst must be highly organized and responsive, with the ability to adapt and effectively manage competing priorities in a face-paced environment. The Program Analyst must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and must be able to lead meetings and facilitate consensus among stakeholders. The Program Analyst must be customer-service driven, with a positive attitude and willingness to help others. Must be able to work both independently and as a team collaborator.

The Program Analyst duties may include the following: Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, performance, and schedule. Develop and deliver financial updates to both customer and project teams focused on Program and Project processes and requirements. Develop and apply mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving. Ensure contract requirements are being accomplished. Track personnel vacancies and assist with staff onboarding. Ensure that contractual and corporate cost and schedule objectives are met.   • US Citizen and actively possesses a Secret Security clearance

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
