Job Description

SAIC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Analyst to support one of our premier government clients in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and apply regulations, policies, procedures, and guidance.
  • Research, analyze, and translate requirements into clear procedures and job aids.
  • Identify gaps and issues, recommend solutions, and drive tasks to completion.
  • Maintain organized electronic records across email, shared drives, SharePoint, and other systems.
  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Provide customer support and explain requirements to staff across 50+ offices.
  • Track deadlines, action items, submissions, and follow-ups across multiple offices.
  • Conduct in-person office visits, document key information, and brief the team.
  • Prepare clear written communications, status updates, briefings, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Use Excel and other tools to maintain data, monitor metrics, and prepare status reports.
