Summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVAL FACILITIES INSTITUTE.

**Above salary does not include locality. Locality adjustment will be determined by duty location once a selection has been made. **

Duties

Help

  • You will evaluate requirements against available resources to access and optimize command programs and policies.
  • You will assess trends and behavioral data to derive and recommend policies, improved tactics and optimize command programs and organization effectiveness.
  • You will coordinate and develop annual program plans, monitor and report execution status, and develop and present strategies to overcome execution challenges.
  • You will coordinate data calls, prepare announcement, and document and update operating policies and procedures in the NAVFAC Business Management System (BMS) and program manuals.

  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to determine program requirements for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Workforce Development Program; 2) Utilizing expert knowledge of business analytics, performance improvement tools, organizational processes and techniques, systems, and procedures to perform a wide variety of analytical studies, present findings, and make decisions related to effective program management for the Naval Facilities Institute (NFI) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) organization, programs, objectives, and policies; and 3) Determines DAWIA program requirements to ensure the acquisition workforce is making progress towards meeting established goals.
