- Assist in preparation of negotiation objectives on changes and to guide the contractor's performance of the contract.
- Formulate reporting protocols for senior management.
- Analyze potential improvements to existing contracts, financing programs, and help develop plans and strategies for potential program/contract changes.
- Coordinate assigned projects with Contracting Officer.
- Develop protocols related to monthly reporting.
- Represent the COR in technical phases of Change Order development.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes monitoring contract performance to provide improvement recommendations; assisting in the development of operational projects; and assisting the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with policy development. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
