Job Summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Program Analyst II. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility and will have the option to work an in person or hybrid schedule. The Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities to ensure successful delivery of program objectives. This role develops and maintains detailed program schedules, monitors progress, and helps identify potential risks or delays. The Program Analyst works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including buyers, to drive cost, schedule and performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program
  • Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
  • Create and maintain program status reports
  • Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules
  • Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
  • Prepare communications for program status updates, both internally and externally
  • Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate Assists with proposals efforts
  • May provide work leadership for lower level employees
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience
  • 5+ years directly related experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Teams
  • MS Project experience highly desirable
  • Ability to made decisions on their own
  • PMP certification desired but not required
  • Willing and able to travel up to 10% as needed

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.

The salary range for this position is $72,654.00/year- $94,450.00 for the state of Illinois. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
