Full Job Description
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OFFICE of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. Duties Help • You will advise managers on the best practices for performance management, metrics development, or business process improvement. • You will consolidate business or financial information to prepare a portfolio view of program data for manager review. • You will analyze metrics and program data to recommend process improvements. • You will document ways to improve an operating program's effectiveness. Requirements Help Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing assistance to the Executive Director; 2) Making recommendations to the Commander on emergent issues; 3) Compiling information and preparing reports on administrative issues (e.g., statistical data, educational analysis); 4) Analyzing an organization or management function to identify processes or procedures to improve organizational structure; 5) Analyzing metrics and program data to recommend process improvements; 6) Documenting ways to improve an operating program's effectiveness.
