Position Description:

Join the NASA CPSS team at Glenn Research Center

This position is located in Cleveland, Ohio.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Provide Data Analysis and Information Management in support of Transformational Technologies and Tools (TTT). This position will require 2-3 travel trips annually. This position serves as a key member of the program management team, supporting project coordination, data analysis, information management, reporting, and milestone tracking activities across the organization.
.Strong project coordination capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple priorities, support leadership reporting needs, maintain program documentation, and assist with ongoing program execution activities in a dynamic NASA environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Support program management and project coordination activities for the TTT program.
. Collect, analyze, organize, and maintain program data, metrics, and information repositories.
. Prepare and distribute weekly highlights, status reports, and program updates.
. Develop monthly briefing materials and presentation content for leadership reviews and meetings.
. Maintain milestone registries, schedules, metrics, and tracking systems for monthly project reporting.
. Coordinate action items, schedules, and follow-up activities across the program team.
. Maintain records and documentation required for compliance, audits, and program reviews.
. Assist with preparation of technical and programmatic documentation using Microsoft Office products.
. Support meeting planning, documentation, and execution activities.
. Interface effectively with NASA civil servants, contractors, and program stakeholders.
. Travel 2-3 times annually in support of program activities and meetings.
. 10-15 years of applicable professional experience supporting program management, project coordination or analytical functions

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. Previous experience supporting NASA or other federal government programs.*
. Experience with milestone tracking, action item management, and program performance reporting.*
. Familiarity with project management tools and processes.*
. Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or configuration/document control activities.*

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $139,300.00.
