Your typical day might include:

• Participating in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress, provide updates, and identify any blockers.
• Collaborating with team members and engaging in working sessions to address client questions and develop solutions.
• Participating in sprint retrospectives to evaluate what worked well, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned.
• Preparing and delivering briefings to clients on current modernization efforts, and providing recommendations on business logic, business rules, and process improvements aligned with Army policies and client requirements.

Salary range for this position will be $110k-$130k

You will support a long-standing Army client by providing subject matter expertise on underlying data, business logic, and business rule requirements as part of a system redesign and modernization effort transitioning from Microsoft SQL Server-based solutions to cloud-native AWS services. Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team. Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA Security+

AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience required. Experience with Army military and civilian personnel costing, including knowledge of military and civilian pay plans and associated cost factors, is highly desired. Experience in cost analysis, data analytics, and data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes is also desired. An advanced degree, professional certifications, or additional specialized training and experience may be substituted for a portion of the required experience.
