The Opportunity:
Be part of a growing team supporting Military Sealift Command (MSC) with engineering service, quality assurance, maintenance planning, and other technical services under the MSC N7 task order. As a CACI Program Analyst, you assist Program/Project Management in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities. As a member of the program management team, the program analyst will support various tasks, unique and recurring in nature, and critical to the success of the organization. This analyst will have sole responsibility for specific team functions, while providing a supporting role in others. Tasks are primarily focused on Subtask financial management, and this role is responsible for support of program business and functional operations. Responsibilities:
•General program support functions/duties as assigned.
• Work with the Project Manager and Operations Manager to monitor financial performance of the Contract Quality Assurance Representative (CQAR) Subtask.
• Assist with managing funding allocations for timecards, travel, and ODCs for CQAR Subtask.
• Oversee high-volume tracking and approval of Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports. Responsible for managing the Master Travel Tracker spreadsheet.
• Ensure all travel activities comply with DoD regulations, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), and company policies.
• Create financial forecasts, correct expense issues, and identify and communicate funding needs to internal stakeholders.
• Assist Project Manager with developing estimates required by our customer and tracking burn rates.
• Provide strategic support of CQAR Project operations through analysis, coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Interface with Program management to deconflict funding issues.
• Apply organizational knowledge of CACI policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
•Bachelors degree and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with government contracting, travel, and JTR knowledge.
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Active secret clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
