What you'll be doing...This position will be responsible for being a part of the PMO team responsible for the end-to end project management of integrations (Acquisitions) and dispositions (Divestitures) on behalf of Verizon. This role will be responsible for working on deliverables and timing of all aspects of the integration, beginning with defining the integration strategy, risks, and potential integration costs for the Home organization.
Specifically, you will work with the cross-functional teams to identify and provide insights related to performance and highlight opportunities within our financial and operational results. This team will also facilitate between many cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition on Day 1 and beyond. The position will drive various teams to meet strict and tight deadlines and achieve synergy savings targets.
- Planning, anticipating issues, and adjusting to meet objectives.
- Helping to facilitate the project and keeping team members on track.
- Helping to facilitate the Integration (or Divestiture) Management Office and associated project deliverables.
- Participating in the PMO, overseeing individual threads/functions and plans, and overseeing an integrated plan for development and deployment activities.
- Analyzing the individual functional team/SME integration (or separation) plans to ensure that the program is leveraging each resource group appropriately.
- Participating in the collection, reporting, and presentation of multiple data elements to forecast the progress of the program and individual projects and identify critical issues to be presented to Senior Management
- Helping facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure work streams are properly resourced based on level of effort.
- Capturing status and presenting the direction for program work streams about process, deliverables, and timelines.
- Leveraging a broad knowledge of standard Program Management Office practices and serving as a subject matter resource to support enhancements to the program.
- Supporting resource assignment, time tracking, and other initiatives involved in managing the overall project plans.
- Supporting the creation of executive reporting through presentations or dashboards and updating Senior Management with weekly and monthly status, issues, and risks that impact the program.
- Proficiency in use of AI tools for automation, workflow management, creating of deliverables, and research.
What we're looking for…You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Experience and a proven record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic, individual, and team-oriented work environment.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

- A degree or PMP certification.
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship development, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Motivated, self-starter, and highly collaborative, able to produce high-quality results in high-pressure situations in a dynamic environment.

- Effective use of PCs, including Microsoft Office.
- Effective use of AI tools like Gemini suite, Notebook LM, etc
- Managed programs and/or projects on a large scale.
- Worked in a technical field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Customer service experience with internal and external clients.

Where you’ll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $86,000.00 - $165,000.00.
