Description

Boulder Imaging is seeking a Professional Services Lead to join our talented team and help lead an existing professional services operation. That operation is worldwide, with a talented group of approximately 12 engineers/technicians that directly support our valued customers. This position will be responsible for the performance of the team at meeting contractual obligations to the entire customer set and interlock regularly with our internal departments to ensure delivery excellence and continual improvement. In addition, this will be a customer- facing position where regular check-in meetings occur and you will have responsibility for managing any issues impacting customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt and develop as business grows
  • Execution of maintenance and service contracts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer issues and escalations, partnering with leadership on complex situations.
  • Coordinate and drive day-to-day operations.
  • Support efficient and effective service delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Quoting hardware and services for the Professional Services team.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven success in driving customer satisfaction and long-term relationship health.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ownership.
  • Technical aptitude, preferably in the renewable energy field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working in an office environment.
  • Positive attitude to handle complex issues and stick with it until resolved.
  • Be flexible in your work schedule.
  • Proficient with MS Office products.
  • Be self-motivated to learn about our unique products and technology.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Distinguishing Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient use of Atlassian's Jira.
  • Proficient use of NetSuite.
  • Experience with engineering teams, in particular vision systems.
  • Experience with or interest in ornithology.
