Job DescriptionRole Overview:Provide production support for a portfolio of Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications (Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, etc.), ensuring stability, automation, and efficient release management.
Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 production support for front-office users across global platforms
Manage incident, problem, and change (ITIL) processes
Coordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors
Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation (DevOps/CI-CD)
Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing
Partner with business, technology, and compliance teams
Participate in on-call / weekend release rotation
Experience Required:7 to 12 years of experience in Application/Production Support
Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms strongly preferred
Key Skills (Focused):Primary Skills (Must Have):Production Support (L2/L3) in enterprise applications
Scripting / Automation: Python (or similar)
Systems & Databases: Linux/Windows + SQL
ITIL Processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management
Monitoring & Stability mindset (proactive support, root cause analysis)
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):Monitoring Tools: Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
Scheduling Tools: Control-M / Autosys
DevOps / CI-CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible
Exposure to Cloud & Modern Tech: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
Knowledge of Salesforce / Capital Markets platforms

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80,000 - 90,000.
