Join Our Team as Aftermarket Controller at Epiroc!
What you will do- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by setting high quality expectations that reflect our values and drive the ethos of financial accuracy, strategic cost control and operating profit improvements.
- Drive the annual budgeting/expectancies process by working closely with key members of the CC leadership team.
- Analyze and present monthly financial results to key aftermarket leaders including commentary and review of variance analysis to identify profitability improvement opportunities.
- Together with the Aftermarket BLM, analyze profitability by product and by contract to promote improved business decisions. Conduct:
- Market performance evaluation
- Sales and customer profitability assessment
- Product profitability assessment and product mix optimization
- Labour utilization and inventory analysis
- Evaluate new deals and bundling opportunities
- Work closely with business partners to identify, track, and manage risks and opportunities to committed budget/forecast.
- Track and manage KPIs including:
- Labour costs and utilization
- Inventory levels
- Purchase price variance
- Work-in-progress and goods in transit
- Perform business and trend analysis and provide external perspectives such as benchmarking, market trends and macro developments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS), and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and follow-up.
- Participate in the annual testing of our risk and control matrix.
- Assist in the preparation and review of capital expenditure proposals and related business case justification.
- Support the development and implementation of enhanced tools and processes including Power BI and an FP&A system/workflow.
What you will need- Bachelor's degree from College or University with a specialty in Finance or Accounting.
- Enrolment/completion of professional accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting, financial or business control roles.
- A commercial mindset coupled with strong stakeholder influence
- Strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including advanced Excel + Power BI.
- Ability to interpret business drivers, communicate insights clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.
- High integrity and attention to detail

Expected compensation range: $95,912.00 - 126,870.00 CAD
