Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets
  • Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to improve performance and engagement
  • Assign work and manage staffing to meet production schedules and operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor product quality and escalate non-compliance issues to management promptly
  • Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, overtime, and safety documentation
  • Conduct basic accident investigations and support corrective action implementation
  • Enforce company policies and maintain a positive, accountable work environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and cost performance

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar operational environment required
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to analyze problems and make sound operational decisions
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or related field
  • Experience in food or dairy manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environments preferred

Pay: $80,000-$110,000
