Full Job Description
Join Tree Top as a Production Supervisor at the Selah Plant in Selah, WA. You'll start on day shift for training, learning the plant's routines, key contacts, and how work moves from planning to finished product. After training for a few months, you'll work onsite on the graveyard shift (10:00 pm-6:30 am). Expect a fast, hands-on pace: you'll review how the prior shift left the area, check where output stands against the plan, and stay visible on the floor. Throughout the night you'll balance staffing needs, respond to equipment or process disruptions, and keep documentation current. Near the end of shift, you'll confirm the line is set up for the next crew and pass along clear notes so nothing gets missed.

Role Overview
