What You'll Be Doing- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among all team members

Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
