What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and optimize plant electrical maintenance systems to ensure reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
- Plan and manage maintenance resources, budgets, and scheduling to drive cost-effective performance
- Oversee and coordinate plant projects, shutdowns, and contractor activities
- Partner cross-functionally to provide technical expertise and continuous improvement for production and maintenance
- Champion a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards

- Demonstrated ability to lead electrical maintenance teams and drive performance outcomes
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices in a heavy industrial setting
- Proven capability in project management, planning, and execution of complex initiatives
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate ROI, and support decision-making with sound technical judgment

Work Environment
This role is based in a heavy manufacturing plant environment and involves both office and field work. The position requires engagement across multiple shifts, including participation in an on-call rotation to support plant operations. Exposure to industrial equipment, varying temperatures, and outdoor conditions should be expected.
