Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - Freedom Fast. This role will take place at our Fayetteville, NC facility. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States.
This is a 1st shift role (M-Th, 5/5:30am-3:30/4pm).
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing employees in the assembly of Motor Control Center products for Eaton customers. The primary objectives will be to achieve results on the High 5 metrics (safety, quality, on-time-delivery, inventory, productivity), drive employee engagement, and develop the team to continuously improve.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you'll do:- Own and drive to engineer out safety risk throughout the owned process.
- Assist in establishing departmental goals that are challenging targets for the High 5.
- Devise strategies with documented action plans to achieve targets.
- Provide input to forecast and hold the team accountable to the process in order to meet commitments.
- Determine the effect of production load and mix changes on staffing and department operations.
- Follow up on the progress towards targets:
- Improve quality assurance system by building quality into the process.
- Effectively deal with opportunities identified by the team to help bring about positive resolution.
- Drive a positive, inclusive high performance work culture through the establishment of clear expectations and accountability from and to the team.
- Assist in prototyping and providing feedback regarding new product development.
- Champion the Continuous Improvement Framework in MCC to drive High 5 results and impact Employee Morale.
- Tailor action planning and strategic goals to provide customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing leadership related role.

Preferred Qualifications:- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related manufacturing related discipline.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification
- Five (5) years of work experience in a manufacturing related role.
Skills:- Applying knowledge of manufacturing procedures/practices including Industrial Engineering principles, production planning and Lean/Six Sigma.
- Proficient in driving Quality Control and Inventory Control.
- Proven Leadership skills - capable of leading change initiatives and drive a high-performance culture.
