The Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations at the Solenis Tableting and Packaging facility. This includes supervision of maintenance, production, shipping/receiving, and material handling activities. The role ensures that production targets are achieved while maintaining strict adherence to safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Enforce compliance with all safety, production, operational, and security procedures
- Monitor production lines throughout the shift to ensure:
- Chemicals are packaged in the correct containers
- Proper weights and specifications are maintained
- Create, manage, and complete process orders within SAP
- Conduct routine safety audits and inspections
- Respond to emergencies during both working and non-working hours as needed
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, ensuring proper documentation and corrective action
Qualifications- High School Diploma with relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree in a related field
- Willing to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Chemical plant experience preferred
- Equivalent combinations of technical education and experience will be considered
- Strong knowledge of hazardous chemical handling, including:
- Proper inventory segregation requirements
- Hazardous material packaging standards
- Experience working with oxidizers (preferred)

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
