Job Title: Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift
Location: Germantown, WI
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead shift operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient production. This role ensures compliance with safety, food safety and quality standards while meeting production targets and developing a high-performing team. The operating hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11:00PM - 7:30AM.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily production activities to meet volume, yield, and schedule targets.
• Promote and enforce safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 18-20 operators.
• Monitor performance (OEE, downtime, waste) and drive improvements.
• Ensure accurate production, quality, and sanitation documentation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to maintain operations.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing, training, and employee performance.

You Bring:
• High school diploma + 5 years of leadership experience.
• OR Associate degree + 3 of leadership experience.
• OR Bachelor's degree + 2 of leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, food safety, and continuous improvement preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel, etc.).
The salary scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. The salary range is $80,000-$90,000.
