Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience required, especially in production roles.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred to effectively manage teams.
• Prior experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment is a must for this role.
• Familiarity with CNC/Manufacturing processes is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts is essential for operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in related systems and software to streamline production management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of hourly employees, ensuring proper shift operation logs.
• Prepare daily time sheets, production summaries, and reports on overtime and downtime.
• Plan work assignments to optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering on methods and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Interface with Material Control on production schedules and parts availability feedback.
• Work closely with Quality Control to uphold quality standards and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain communication with management regarding any production-impacting changes.
