Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Production Print Trainer is responsible for developing and conducting product and service training courses for Copier Service Production Print Technicians and Field Service Managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify current and future technical training needs.
• Measures learning outcomes and training effectiveness across Marco to ensure continuous improvement.
• Designs, organizes, and facilitates training programs focused on:
o Training courses on Fiery and Vendor specific software.
o Fuji, KM and other MFG Production and light Production equipment training.
o Networking courses for Print technicians for A3, A4 and Production.
• Coordinate the training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the Senior Director of Copier Service.
• Create learning outlines and aids such as handbooks, demonstration models, visuals, and computer tutorials.
• Provides stakeholders with updates and insights on employee and cohort training programs.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date training completion records.
• Attends manufacturer and product training to ensure technical skills and certifications remain current.
• Attend required company and departmental meetings.
• Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior training and/or teaching background/experience preferred.
- Sharp, Canon, HP and/or Konica direct service experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications
- Valid Driver's License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, Outlook, and company and client specific programs.
2. Must have experience as a Production Level 2 Technician or possess equivalent knowledge and expertise.
3. Must have Fiery Master or above Training.
4. Excellent communication skills, including highly effective presentation skills.

Pay Range: $67,287 - $104,295
