What you will enjoy doing*- In this role, you will enforce HS&E standards by implementing requirements and ensuring employee compliance
- You will execute plans to meet operational, business, and customer needs
- Further, you will ensure adherence to work instructions and standardized procedures
- You will lead continuous improvement efforts within the Operations team
- Additionally, you will develop, train, and grow team talent using training and skill matrices
- You will identify, communicate, and mitigate risks while maintaining clear documentation and checklists
What makes you great - You possess 5-10 years of plant operations experience; 3-5 years in operations management preferred
- Experience in customer service and aviation/aerospace industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Your background reflects a solid combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and customer focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
