Qualifications

• Strong team problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse interaction levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter with flexibility.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Preferred: 4-year degree in operations management, business management, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workplace safety and environmental practices for employee protection.
• Manage cross-functional relationships to meet customer and project requirements efficiently.
• Integrate engineering projects into regular production processes.
• Develop operating budgets in collaboration with the Controller.
• Track production reports to ensure financial, safety, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Coordinate and implement plans to reduce costs and lead times for products.
• Review production performance to identify and rectify non-conformities.
• Adjust production schedules as needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Drive technological advancements and site improvements as a change agent.
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
• Monitor staffing, skill levels, and training needs of production employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and employee relations standards.
