Full Job Description
The Production Line Manager acts as a role model on the shop floor, sustaining Manufacturing Area standards, coordinating teams to deliver objectives, and driving business success through the OPEN+ model and tools.

Your day-to-day:
  • Serve as a role model for the shift crew by ensuring compliance with safety standards, housekeeping requirements, and asset care procedures. Escalate equipment and process anomalies to maintain machinery in optimal working condition.
  • Support Value Stream activities to achieve production volume objectives efficiently, with a strong focus on waste reduction. Utilize OPEN+ tools to identify root causes of inefficiencies, measure performance, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop teams to improve productivity, safety, and quality, ensuring deviations are identified and addressed through timely corrective actions.
  • Organize, supervise, and coach direct and indirect reports according to the line structure.
  • Recommend and implement organizational and staffing strategies through effective hiring, training, assessment, and employee development.

Who we're looking for:
