Production Engineering Specialist

Are you a seasoned production engineer looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, field-based environment? Join our team as a Production Engineering Specialist and take a crucial role in optimizing production operations at our Center, TX site. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise, mentor the next generation of engineers, and identify innovative production and economic opportunities within key assets.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with field personnel, providing mentorship and strategic insights that drive efficiency and growth. Your experience in shale plays such as Hainesville or Eagleford is highly valued, as you will help develop and implement best practices to maximize asset performance.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of production engineering experience, preferably in Hainesville or Eagleford Shale plays
  • Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on production opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills for effective field collaboration
  • Proven ability to assess economic impacts and improve asset profitability

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in a field office environment
  • Familiarity with economic analysis and production optimization tools
