In this role, you will collaborate closely with field personnel, providing mentorship and strategic insights that drive efficiency and growth. Your experience in shale plays such as Hainesville or Eagleford is highly valued, as you will help develop and implement best practices to maximize asset performance.
Required Skills:- 10+ years of production engineering experience, preferably in Hainesville or Eagleford Shale plays
- Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on production opportunities
- Excellent communication skills for effective field collaboration
- Proven ability to assess economic impacts and improve asset profitability
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience working in a field office environment
- Familiarity with economic analysis and production optimization tools
- Previous experience mentoring younger engineers or team members
Preferred Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Extensive hands-on experience within shale asset operations and development
Other Requirements:- Ability to work a 5/2 schedule, flexible to support Monday to Sunday operations
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
- Valid driver's license; mileage reimbursement at IRS rate (.76/mile)
