We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner specialized in Analyzers & Measurement to expertly coordinate all maintenance activities, optimize equipment performance, and support safety and compliance standards. This is a crucial role for ensuring the seamless operation of complex instrumentation systems within a pipeline facility, offering an engaging opportunity to lead strategic maintenance planning and contribute to long-term asset integrity.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, including planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities for analyzers and measurement equipment
- Strong knowledge of various analyzers and measurement devices used in industrial settings
- Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed work plans, capacity assessments, and long-term maintenance strategies
- Experience reviewing work status, analyzing failure data, and collaborating with engineering teams for asset optimization
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as OSHA, API, ASME, and PHMSA regulations
- Ability to manage documentation, records, and certifications accurately and efficiently
- Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and inspection teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Project planning experience using MS Project or Primavera P6
- Knowledge of scaffoldings, painting, insulation, rigging, welding, fabrication, and machining work planning
- Experience working in a PHMSA-regulated pipeline environment
- Familiarity with digital equipment health monitoring tools and innovative maintenance technologies
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or similar is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years relevant maintenance planning experience, especially in analyzer and measurement systems
- Proven track record with SAP S/4HANA and scheduling software
Other Requirements:
- Valid TWIC card in good standing
- Valid driver's license (state issued)
- Ability to work in both office and field environments, including lifting, climbing, and other physical activities
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 40 hours/week
