Job DescriptionYou will be the Production Control Manager - Level 5 for the Production Control team which is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day production control activities at the Pinellas Park, FL location.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Production Control Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading the Production Control organization, managing both salaried and hourly staff, and ensuring efficient shop-floor, replenishment, and logistical operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage supervisors and associates for shipping, receiving, stocking, kitting, and inventory tracking.
- Oversee material requirements from suppliers and external processors to ensure a controlled, on-time flow of approved materials.
- Control floor work-in-process (WIP) and schedule execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators for shop-floor control activities and parts-movement planning.
- Identify and implement safety, process-improvement, and 6S opportunities.

Basic Qualifications-Experience with Production/Production Control Processes and Procedures

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
